We are a grassroots non-profit organization doing important gender-equality work across Canada. We operate in a resource-scarce sector, and accordingly, we seek to generate funding through diverse means, including membership, grants, and services, so that we can do more for the communities we serve. 

Managing a membership program in accordance with our by-laws and providing additional benefits requires internal capacity and sufficient resources. The income generated from our membership program is used to support activities such as internal capacity building, providing honorariums for writers and speakers, and developing meaningful resources to further our mission.
